With a strong background in leadership and entrepreneurship, Tiara built Luxe&Med Scrubs to deliver high-quality, stylish, and functional scrubs designed for confidence and performance.
Her passion for excellence, professionalism, and empowering healthcare workers inspired the creation of a brand that blends comfort, durability, and luxury aesthetics. Tiara believes that when professionals feel confident in what they wear, they perform at their very best.
As CEO, Tiara leads brand strategy, product development, and customer experience, ensuring every detail reflects the Luxe&Med standard.
Christian Taylor, Partnerships Manager
Christian plays a key role in the daily operations and growth of Luxe&Med Scrubs. As Manager, he supports logistics, customer fulfillment, and operational efficiency to ensure customers receive reliable service and quality products.
Currently a junior in high school, Christian has strong aspirations of earning his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree in the future. His interest in healthcare and commitment to learning align with the mission of Luxe&Med Scrubs to support medical professionals at every stage of their journey.
